Our agency was born from our own experiences within the UK rental sector. We saw firsthand that the vast majority of agents are sales-focused, often lacking the fundamental expertise required to manage assets effectively. To change this narrative, we established Ether Property Group in 2022, with EPL serving as our specialist lettings arm.

However, our mission extends beyond management. We recognise a critical need for more landlords to enter the Private Rental Sector to meet national demand for housing. As part of our national ‘Aspire’ project, Ether Property Group provides comprehensive training and courses designed to encourage and upskill new entrants to the market. With over 10 years of collective experience, we are dedicated to building a brand that not only manages property but empowers the next generation of housing providers.
