Ether Property Lettings was built by people who have worked in the rental sector for years. We saw too many agents led by sales, and set out to create one that puts good property management first.
Our story
Born from experience
in the rental sector.
Our agency grew out of our own experience as landlords and letting professionals. We saw first-hand that many agents focus on the sale, without the expertise needed to look after a property and the people who live in it.
We founded Ether Property Group in 2022, with Ether Property Lettings as its specialist lettings arm. Alongside letting and management, we want to help more people become good landlords, supporting new entrants to the private rented sector through training and practical guidance.
We also believe landlords shouldn’t have to choose between cost and care. Ether blends the value and convenience of online, nationwide lettings through the Ether Portal with hands-on regional service and management across Yorkshire and the North West. It’s the best of both worlds: do as much or as little as you like, with a local team there when you need one.
