With Find a Tenant, the ongoing tenancy is handed back to you to manage. If you would prefer continued support, you can choose our Fully Managed service instead.
Do you attend the property viewings?
Yes. Accompanied viewings are included as part of our regional Find a Tenant service, subject to location and agreed arrangements.
Are referencing and Right to Rent included?
Yes. One tenant reference and the necessary Right to Rent checks are included in the tenancy setup process.

Find a Tenant is available for suitable properties across Yorkshire and the North West. Exact coverage is confirmed when you tell us the property location.
Can I move onto Fully Managed later?
