If you have not found a suitable tenant within this time, we will contact you to relist the advertisement and to discuss a range of ways we can support you.
Do I need to have an EPC or Landlord Registration?
Yes. To advertise on portals like Rightmove, you must have a valid Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). If your property is in an area that requires selective licensing or landlord registration, you will also need to provide these details before the listing goes live to ensure full legal compliance.
