Ether Property Lettings is seeking experienced Plumbers to join our preferred supplier list. While we have separate contractors for gas/boiler works, we need dedicated experts for the “wet” side of the business. You will be our primary contact for water leaks, sanitaryware repairs, and general plumbing maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reactive Maintenance: Attend to reported issues such as leaking pipes, dripping taps, running toilets, and blocked waste pipes.

• Leak Investigation: Expertly trace the source of water ingress (e.g., failed sealant, grout issues, or concealed pipes) to minimise property damage.

• Installations: Replace taps, showers, toilets, sinks, and radiators.

• Bathroom/Kitchen Works: Undertake repairs or partial refurbishments (e.g., re-sealing baths/showers, replacing traps).

• Tenant Liaison: Schedule appointments professionally and treat tenant homes with respect.

• Communication: Provide clear updates and photos before and after works to assist with landlord approval and deposit deductions.

What We Are Looking For:

• Qualified: NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or City & Guilds equivalent.

• Experienced: Proven experience in domestic plumbing and maintenance.

• Competent: Strong knowledge of domestic water systems.

• Equipped: Must have own van, standard plumbing tools, and supplies for common fixes (washers, flexi-hoses, silicone, etc.).

• Reliable: Punctual and able to communicate clearly with our office team.
